With midterms and spring break looming around the corner most students are found in the library studying or preparing those projects. As you prepare for the upcoming stress and then finally vacation, here are a few things to do as a study break.

For all students! Tuesday the Student Nurses Association is doing another fundraiser this time at Chipotle from 4 to 8 p.m. There is also a Career fair on Thursday. On Friday from 4 to 6 p.m. in the Maverick Pavillion Project Linus will be meeting to again make blankets. All students are encouraged and welcome.
Interested in checking out some art? The opening of the latest exhibit: “Remarkz, Colorado Mesa University BFA Senior Exhibit” is on Friday. It will run from March 2 to 30. On Friday there will be a reception from 5 to 8 p.m. with an artist talk at 5:30 p.m. This is all at 437CO, CMU’s art gallery in downtown Grand Junction.

more week of show times. Thursday through Saturday there will be showings at 7:30 p.m. and on Saturday an extra showing at 2 p.m. Check online for tickets or head to the box office.
Switching gears from ice climbing to rock climbing the Outdoor Program has a rock

climbing trip scheduled for Saturday. This adventure is in competition with the Moab mountain biking which is also on Saturday. The last XC ski during a full or new moon in Grand Mesa is on Wednesday night. Don’t forget to check out the pool on Monday nights and to get signed up for the OP spring break adventure, if it has already not filled up.
Sports fans. Softball has another game against Chardon State College Monday at 1 p.m. Women’s basketball is at home on Tuesday as well as Friday and Saturday. Tennis is against Colorado Christian University on Saturday at home. On Sunday Baseball is against Fresno Pacific at 1 p.m.
