Kappa-Sigma Fraternity hosts five bands for an afternoon of live music and fun

Pale Sun performs to an excited crowd at Kappa Sigma’s Battle of the Bands event on Saturday, April 11th. The fraternity worked hard to ensure that the event ran smoothly and professionally. The photographer for the event was also a participant in the Battle.

Students Paul Dieterichs Thomas Hendriks, Dante Humphrey, Adam Gregersen and Alden Turner rock out to Second Solstice’s set. Although it was a competition, all of the bands cheered one another on during each set. The battle could be heard from several blocks away in the downtown neighborhood. (Bonnie Duffy)
