Nominate an exceptional student, faculty and/or community member for the 2012 Maverick Awards.

There are 17 categories to choose from. The same individual or group can be nominated for more than one category. Nomination forms can be picked up at the ASG office on the second floor of the University Center or downloaded from MAVzone under the campus announcement tab. Each form must be accompanied by a letter of recommendation and dropped off at the ASG office, or emailed to ASG President Justin Kawcak at jkawcak@mavs.coloradomesa.edu. The deadline for submissions is April 6.

Winners in each category will be recognized at the Maverick Awards Banquet at 2 p.m. May 5 in the University Center Ballroom. Admission is free.
