A popular and diverse place to eat on Main Street is Suehiro’s Japanese Restaurant. Suehiro’s has been around since 1986. The restaurant is not only known for their food, but also for their reasonable prices.

They have many choices for any customer. Seafood lovers may enjoy a variety of sushi dishes such as the Caterpillar roll, which comes with Eel, avocado and a special unagi sauce. Another is the Rainbow roll, which is complete with ahi tuna, yellowtail, salmon, masago and avocado.

Suehiro’s also offers options such as California Rolls, and veggie rolls if something super fishy may not be a first option for dinner.

Aside from the sushi, Suehiro’s also offers regular dishes such as noodle bowls, which are created with various types of noodles, meat and vegetables.

To go with the wonderful options for food, this restaurant offers a comfortable and unique atmosphere that allows one to experience a bit of Japan as he or she enjoys a nice lunch or dinner. The restaurant is complete with dining room seating, a sushi bar and even traditional seating. Each type offers a different experience, so the food won’t be the only thing calling you back for more.

Two of the Japanese restaurants in town, No Coast Sushi and Suehiro’s, are actually owned by the same person; Sumiko Boyd. Boyd has built these restaurants from the ground up with the help of her children. Many enjoy coming into Suehiro’s not only for their style, but also to support a local business.
