On April 8, Colorado Mesa University Mavericks will have the chance to determine who represents them in the Associated Student Government. The following is a list of the candidates running for office.

President/Vice President:Current ASG President Beau Flores and running mate Angel Bautista are challenged by Senators Lauren Mason and Alex Wagner.

Student Trustee: Current Student Trustee Amara Hobbs is challenged for re-election by Olivia VanGundy, Senate Leader Colton Rupple and Justice Jasmine Tellez.

Music Senator: Adrianna Garcia is running unopposed.

Kinesiology Senator: Salina Edwards and Haley Wiedeman

Business Senator: Gage Fransen and Morgan West.

Art and Design Senator: Brianne Bell and Breanda Petsch.

Social and Behavioral Senator: Rylie Weigum, Alyssa Zurow and Brittany Dixon.

At-Large Senator: Brittany Young and Alec Hostetler.

Graduate Senator: Daniel Haas is running unopposed.

Health Sciences Senator: Sydnee Gatewood and Brennan Probsdorfer.

Senator for Students with Disabilities: BriAnne Marr and Annika Goodell.

Campus Resident Senator: Allyson Jones is running unopposed.

Teacher Education Senator: Hector Salas is running unopposed.

Biological Sciences Senator: Arianah Sargent is running unopposed.

Computer Science, Mathematics and Statistics Senator: Karson Fye is running unopposed.

Freshman Senator: Evan Piper is running unopposed.

Current ASG Vice President Jeff Vela, election chair, supplied the list of candidates. ASG executive debates will take place April 3 at 5:15 p.m. in Escalante Hall. CMU TV will televise the event.
