The Colorado Mesa University Accounting Club is partnering with Chipotle for a fundraiser on Apr. 16. On that Tuesday, 33 percent of sales between 5-9 p.m. may go to the club.
The participating restaurant is the Chipotle located at 2504 Highway 6 & 50, Suite 300. According to Accounting Club Secretary Quintin Spiller, sales must reach at least $300 for the club to collect 33 percent.
“We would like to raise at least $200 for the club which would require at least $600 in sales,” Spiller said. “The purpose of the fundraiser is to raise money for the Accounting Club so it can continue to help young accountants connect to a network of business professionals who will help them advance their careers.”
Individuals wishing to provide the flyer may do so with the actual flyer or show an image of the flyer on their smart phone. Customers will also be able to verbally inform cashiers they are supporting the cause for money to go to the fundraiser.
