Colorado Mesa University (CMU) opens campus to welcome families Oct. 4-6th. Check-in for the event will be at the University Center Help Desk from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Oct. 4th and 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Oct. 5th. The official schedule for Parent’s weekend kicks off Friday several mixers and tours for various departments of study and the Rally Towel Give-Away hosted by Programming Activities Counsel. The evening will feature CMU’s Art Gallery’s Opening Night followed by the CMU Men’s Soccer game against Dixie State.
Per tradition, President Foster will have coffee with students and families the morning of Oct. 5th. Saturday’s activities will include a Parent’s Success Workshop, a 3 on 3 basketball tournament, brunch, the Intermountain Shootout, closing with the tailgate, football game and the Grand Valley Wine Festival. Sunday’s schedule offers brunch and the Men’s Soccer game.
