Oct. 1: 1120 Texas Ave: An apartment was burglarized between 1 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. No leads or suspects. Suspects entered in an unlocked window. Stole jewelry and electronics.

Oct. 1: Student Callahan Stewart was stopped for driving recklessly on North 12th Street and was pulled over in the parking lot of Pinon Hall. He attempted to walk away from the traffic stop twice and at times was uncooperative. His female passenger walked away from the traffic stop. CMU officers were later able to identify her as student Emma O’Brien. Stewart was under the impression he was exempt for DUIs since he is a student. He was arrested for DUI.

Oct. 3: Student Ashley Watson was arrested for DUI after a traffic stop at 15th [Street] and North Avenue.

Oct. 3: Trevor Dimpault-Darcy was extremely intoxicated and trying to fight other students and causing a disturbance in Bunting Hall. Officers later contacted Trevor on campus. He was unconscious at the time. Paramedics responded. Officers issued a MIP ticket.

Oct. 4: Zachary Tentis was issued a summons for unnecessary noise, the result of a party that had occurred the previous week. Residents refused to answer the door the night of the incident. Zachary had a very bad attitude towards police.

Oct. 6: A bicycle was stolen from CMU, Garfield Hall, 1600 Cannel Avenue. No suspect information. Report taken.

Oct. 6: Lexus Holder (non-student) and Lilliana Soto (current student) were cited for disorderly conduct for fighting in public in the 400 block of Main Street.

Oct. 6: Daniel Lawley was arrested and booked into the MCDF for DUI, DUI Per Se, Reckless Driving and Felony Eluding. Former CMU student, Garrett Koehler was arrested for Reckless Endangerment and Felony Eluding as well.
