The Genders and Sexualities Alliance (GSA) is bringing local drag queens and kings to campus, for their Hallow-Scream Queens drag show on Oct. 25.

Taking place in the Point, doors open at 8:30 p.m., and the show starts at 9:00 p.m.

“We put on a drag show every semester to have a fun event during our significant month that includes a fun aspect of the LGBTQIA++ culture,” GSA President Avery Ashby said. “It’s a great way to bring people from the campus and community to CMU and learn about the GSA in a fun, creative and inclusive way.”

The show will include performers Onyx Rose, Lady Houston, Javier VanDyke, Natalie Symone and Kandrii Zavalla.

“We love working with them and have them come back for our shows. It’s a great way to establish rapport with the community and to stay involved,” Ashby said.

For those 21 and over, admission is $4, with admission for those 17-20 set at $6.

“I hope that students that attend the show have a fun time at the show and learn a little bit more about the GSA and LGBTQIA++ culture,” Ashby said.
