Oct. 30: Student, 18, was arrested and released on a summons for minor in possession of marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia.

Oct. 30: Student, 21, was arrested and released on a summons for disturbing the peace at 1900 Orchard Ave.

Oct. 30: Student, 18, was arrested and released on a summons for minor in possession of alcohol at 2806 Village Park Drive.

Oct. 30: Student, 22, was arrested and released on a summons for urinating in public at 4th Street and Rood Avenue.

Oct. 31: Student, 19, was arrested and released on a summons for disorderly house and unnecessary noise at 1325 Texas Ave.

Oct. 31: Student, 23, was arrested and released on a summons for unnecessary noise at 540 Hall Ave.

Oct. 31: Student, Michael Thorpe, 24, was arrested for unlawfully entering a motor vehicle of another, removing items valued at less than $100 and unwanted physical contact to his girlfriend in the 100 block of Teller Avenue. Non-student, Brittany Taylor, 23, was arrested for unlawfully taking items valued at less than $750 from her boyfriend.

Nov. 1: An unknown person tampered with the victim’s vehicle and removed property from a WCCC parking lot.

Nov. 1: Student, 19, was arrested and released on a summons for minor in possession of marijuana at 540 Hall Ave.

Nov. 1: Student, Marina Hernandez, 19, was arrested and released for driving while ability impaired at 1430 North Ave.

Nov. 2: An unknown person caused less than $300 damage to a vehicle at a CMU parking lot.

Nov. 3: A theft from auto occurred at CMU parking lot between Nov. 1 to Nov. 3.

Nov. 4: Students, 18, 20, were arrested and released on a summons for interfering with officers on a party complaint at 1940 Kennedy Ave.

Nov. 4: Student, Joshua Rodriguez, 20, was arrested and jailed on a failure to appear warrant for minor in possession of alcohol and cited for minor in possession of alcohol after being contacted at a party at 1940 Texas Ave.

Nov. 4: Students, 18, 20, were arrested and released on a summons for a disorderly house for a party. Summons for other students, 19, 20, at a different disorderly house is pending.

Nov. 5: An unknown male took a backpack that was left unattended at Tomlinson Library.

Nov. 5: Student, 22, was arrested and released on a summons for unnecessary noise at a party at 845 Orchard Ave.

Nov. 6: Students, 21, 18, were arrested and released on a summons for disorderly house for a party at 2215 N. 22nd St.

Nov. 6: Student, 18, was issued a summons for marijuana paraphernalia at Wingate Residence Hall.
