Aug. 27: An unknown person cut a bike lock and stole a bike at Bunting Residence Hall.

Sept. 2: Student, 18, was arrested and released on a summons for minor in possession of alcohol at Garfield Residence Hall.

Sept. 3: Student, 18, was arrested and released on a summons for minor in possession of drug paraphernalia at Monument Residence Hall.

Sept. 3: An unknown person tampered with property at the rugby field.

Sept. 3: Three students, 20, 20, 21, were arrested and released on a summons for a disorderly house at 1708 Hall Ave.

Sept. 5: A female reported being sexually assaulted at Grand Mesa Residence Hall.

Sept. 6: Non-student, Kaleib Clymer, was arrested and released on a summons for attempted theft of a bike at Grand Mesa Residence Hall.

Sept. 6: Two students, 17, 17, were arrested and released on a summons for shoplifting at Mesa Mall.

Sept. 7: Non-student, Ryan Martinez, was arrested and booked into Mesa County Jail for possession of a schedule II narcotic at the CMU parking lot of 805 Bunting Ave.

Sept. 7: Student, Nicholas McMartin, 19, was arrested and booked into Mesa County Jail for minor in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia, resisting arrest, obstructing a peace officer and 2nd degree assault of a peace officer after he was contacted at the CMU parking lot of 866 Glenwood Ave.

Sept. 8: Non-student, Jarren Wilbur, 23, was arrested and released on a summons for driving under revocation at the CMU parking lot of 1455 north 12th St.

Sept. 8: Non-student, Kellara Brinson, was arrested and released on a summons for theft of a phone at the University Center. She was identified as a Sodexo employee.

Sept. 8: An unknown person stole a bike from Garfield Residence Hall.

Sept. 9: Two students, 19, 20, were arrested and released on a summons for minors in possession of alcohol after they were contacted for open containers at the CMU parking lot of 835 Texas Ave.

Sept. 9: Student, 19, and non-student, Rachel Sorbera, 18, were arrested and released on a summons for minors in possession of marijuana after they were contacted in a vehicle at the CMU parking lot of 835 Texas Ave. Student, 19, also received summons for minor in possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sept. 9: Student, 19, was arrested and released on a summons for minor in possession of alcohol after he was contacted for a possible fight at the CMU parking lot of 805 Bunting Ave.

Sept. 9: Student, 19, was arrested and released on a summons for indecent exposure after he was contacted for publicly urinating on the north fence of the CMU parking lot of 854 Bunting Ave.

Sept. 9: Student, 19, was arrested and released on a summons for a disorderly house for an out of control party at 757 Bunting Ave.

Sept. 10: Student, 18, was arrested and released on a summons for minor in possession of alcohol after she was found heavily intoxicated and vomiting in the lobby of Garfield Residence Hall.

Sept. 10: Student, 20, was arrested and released on a summons for unnecessary noise from a party at 850 Elm Ave.

Sept. 11: Student, 18, was arrested and released on a summons for minor in possession of marijuana after he was found to be in possession of marijuana at the alley of the 800 block of Kennedy Ave.

Sept. 11: Student, 21, was arrested and released on a summons for a disorderly house for a large party at 1428 Mesa Ave.

Sept. 11: Two students, 18, 18, were given warnings for intoxication at Garfield Residence Hall and Tolman Residence Hall. They were not transported as they were determined capable of taking care of themselves.
