Nov. 12: Student, 21, was arrested and released on a summons for minor in possession of alcohol after he was found highly intoxicated and unconscious at the 2nd floor lounge of Mary Rait Residence Hall. Student was transported to St. Mary’s Hospital.

Nov. 16: Non-student Timothy J. Doty, 54, was arrested and jailed on 10 active arrest warrants. Doty was also issued summons for 3rd degree criminal trespass and theft of a bike from Tomlinson Library. Doty was issued another summons for 3rd degree criminal trespass and obstructing a peace officer on Nov. 17.
