Late Night in Brownson is back for the 2021 season.
Fans of Colorado Mesa University (CMU) Men’s and Women’s Basketball will get their first look at the team Thursday night. Late Night in Brownson starts is Thursday, Oct. 21 at 9 p.m. and the doors open at 8:30 p.m.
The event will feature a three-point contest and a dunk contest. There will also be a chance for a student to get your tuition covered
The three-point contest will feature players from both the men’s and women’s teams. Both teams have at least four players shoot 35% from three-point range. It’s going to make for a great matchup between the two teams.
Late Night in Brownson will also feature a dunk contest between the men’s basketball team. This will be the first chance to see each team before their home openers on Nov. 26 in the Holiday Inn-Airport Thanksgiving Classic.
The CMU Men’s Basketball Team opens their season on Oct. 29 against West Texas A&M University at 3:00 p.m. in Canyon, Texas.
The Maverick’s Women’s Basketball Team starts their season on Nov. 12 at the University of Texas Permian Basin at 4:00 p.m. in Canyon, Texas.
