So you’ve just arrived at college. You go into your room all excited. You drop off your possessions and you realize, the room looks sort of dull.
How do you fix this? How do you decorate your room without breaking your bank account?
First, go to Hobby Lobby and buy a sketchbook and some colored pencils or crayons. Start drawing and coloring, and after about 30 or so pages, you’ll have enough posters to cover the walls.
Secondly, mini fridge. This is a necessity as eventually you will have leftovers and will need to store them. Also, I did not tell you this, but the RAs are not allowed to search a mini fridge during a room inspection.
Other things to look into would be Christmas lights, mandala wall tapestries, and maybe some plants.
My thought: get some glow in the dark stars and line the ceiling with them.
