This past week the sisters of Alpha Sigma Alpha held events for their annual recruitment week. From Monday through Thursday, the sorority welcomed interested ladies to different functions to determine who would join their sorority family.

“The goal of this week was to find the women that fit into our sorority,” Carly Hanley Vice President of PR and Recruitment said. “Every night we held a different event that gets each girl out there, so they can meet our sisters and we can get to know each other and hopefully everyone got to meet as many amazing women as they wanted to.”

Recruitment week started on Monday with the girls creating crafts and cards for their philanthropic partners. Tuesday the ladies moved over to The Point for a game night. Wednesday was an ice cream social before a luau party on Thursday.

On Friday, the sorority invited a selected amount of ladies to attend a dinner where new members would receive their bids, and talk about the sororities core values. The week wrapped up with new and old members coming together again for Bid Day, where ASA members took pictures, had pizza and celebrated new sisters joining their family.
