Feb. 11: Nico Brunetti Ball, 21, was arrested and released on a summons for disorderly house and unnecessary noise when he was contacted on Bunting Avenue.
Feb. 13: Officers were sent to a disturbance on N. 12th Street. They contacted a male student, 22, and a female student, 20. The male student was booked on domestic violence, harassment and criminal mischief. The female student was booked on domestic violence and harassment.
Feb. 13: An unknown person smashed the rear window of a vehicle parked on 805 Bunting Ave.
Feb. 13: A female reported being sexually assaulted on Texas Avenue.
Feb. 13: Non student, Jaekwon Robinson, 20, was issued a summons for a theft that occurred on 1200 College Place.
Feb. 16: Michael Bouchier, 21, was arrested and released on a summons after taking items of value between $750-$2,000 from 905 Mesa Ave. Bouchier was later arrested for second degree criminal trespass after being contacted at 1040 Mesa Ave. He was transported to the Mesa County Jail.
Feb. 16: Martha Lamas, 18, Alexander Gammel, 19, Luis Montoya, 18, Jace Serrato, 19, and Jordan McClure, 19, were issued summons for possession of drug paraphernalia by persons under 21 after being contacted on 1140 Texas Avenue.
Feb. 17: An unknown person fraudulently used a victim’s bank account causing a loss of greater than $200 on 1062 Orchard Ave.
Feb. 18: Unknown persons vandalized the Wells Fargo ATM at 1455 N. 12th Street.
Feb. 19: Scott Hughes, 25, was contacted in the area of 28 ¾ Road and Elm Avenue. He was arrested and released on a summons for driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to remain in a single lane.
Feb. 20: Unknown suspect(s) caused damage of less than $300 to a vehicle at 1821 N. 12th Street.
Feb. 21: Dylan Walsh, 20, was arrested and released on a summons for driving while his license was cancelled or denied after he was contacted at 15th Street and Walnut Avenue.
Feb. 23: Non student Kelly Dearth, 50, was issued a summons for third degree assault and menacing for an incident that occurred on Feb.16 on 1130 Mesa Ave.
Feb. 26: An unlocked bicycle was stolen from 1316 College Place.
