The “Discovering Me” Fall dance concert will take place in the Robinson Theater inside the Moss Performing Arts Center on Nov. 15 at 7:30 p.m. and on Nov. 16 at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
The concert is centered around the beauty of self-expression and will feature work from faculty, staff and selected student choreographers. Guest artist Bailey Anderson, activist, teacher and artist, will also have her work featured throughout the concert.
Faculty works by Amanda Benzin, James Wallace and Gabriele Cahill will be featured as well as works by dance majors Brandon Sutorius, Natalie Schievelbein and Kathyrine Zebarth.
The show is aimed at highlighting the intricate nature of the self and unraveling all of the different things that make us unique as human beings. Tickets are $16 for adults, $13 for seniors, and $7 for students. You can purchase tickets online at the CMU website or at the door.
