Feb. 22: Donovan Michael Tatum, 19, was arrested and released on a summons for harassment. According to the Grand Junction Police Department arrest report, Tatum was issued the summons for sending text messages that were sexually explicit and obscene in nature to a fellow student. When the victim asked Tatum to stop, he threatened to confront her in person. The victim reported the incident to CMU staff and law enforcement. Tatum was advised not to contact or send messages to the victim.

Tatum also has a summons for harassment for sending threatening messages to a different victim on Feb. 10.
