Oct. 23: Bicycle stolen from Walnut Ridge. No suspect information.
Oct. 26: Unknown person(s) removed items of value from 1416 Elm Ave. #B, causing the victim a loss of less than $300. Victim was a CMU student, Forrest Russell.
Oct. 26: A hit and run occurred at 1122 Cannell Ave.
Oct. 27: Rodly Velia was arrested and booked into the Mesa County Jail on charges of third-degree assault that occurred in the northeast quadrant of the city.
Oct. 27: Leo D. Prosser was arrested and released on a summons for driving under the influence of alcohol after being contacted at 850 North Ave.
Oct. 27: Julian Sanchez was arrested and released on a summons for unnecessary noise due to a party that was held at 1939 N. 21st St.
Oct. 27: Garret Angstead was arrested and released on a summons for MIP/Alcohol, after being contacted at 1029 Walnut Ave. All subjects uncooperative and tried to run. One subject ran inside the house and hid and will need to be identified and cited at a later date.
