Nov. 26, 2017: Nicholas Farmen, 21, was served with a summons and complaint for theft of property of less than $2,000 from North 12th Street. Matthew Farmen, 23, was served with a felony summons and complaint for criminal mischief $1,000-$20,000, tampering with physical evidence, theft less than $2,000 and second degree criminal tampering.
Jan. 27: Adam Nawacki, 22, was arrested and released on a summons for disturbing the peace on Juniper Street.
Jan. 28: Blake Albergotti, 19, was contacted in the 2300 block of Gunnison Avenue after unlawfully entering a building and causing less than $500 in property damage. Albergotti was booked into Mesa County Jail for second degree burglary and criminal mischief.
Jan. 30: Unknown person(s) removed property valued under $50 from a vehicle on the 1400 block of Houston Avenue.
Jan. 30: An unknown individual stole a locked bicycle, valued between $350-$750 from the 1200 block of College Place.
