Beer Fest will happen on May 17

On Friday, May 17, 2019, the annual Grand Valley Beer Festival will take place in the Meyer Ballroom in the University Center at Colorado Mesa University, in Grand Junction, CO. The event runs from 5-9 p.m.

The event is presented by Fisher’s Discount Liquor Barn. There will be Craft brews from Colorado and around the world. Wine will be provided by the Colorado Association for Viticulture and Enology. A photo ID is required. Alcohol will not be served to anyone under 21. Tickets are at https://www.supportingcmu.com/events.

Tickets are now available for purchase. There are two options, general admission and VIP. General tickets are $30 if purchased online, $35 at the door. VIP tickets are $50. VIP information is sponsored by BSN Sports. VIP tickets include complimentary specialty food options, as well as specialty batched cocktails by Peach Street Distillers. The tickets also include specialty beer tastings. 

The proceeds support the Maverick Club’s Student-Athlete Scholarship Fund. The event begins at 5 p.m.
